    Scope and changes

    Scoping is included. We agree a scope sheet for you to sign before building. Later changes require a signed change request.

    Payment and ownership

    50% upfront, 50% on sign-off before go-live. Your business data is always yours; software ownership transfers on final payment.

    Review and sign-off

    Review each version within 5 business days, with up to 2 revision rounds before final sign-off. A version is deemed accepted after that review window.

    Our on-time promise

    We never charge for our delays. If we miss the agreed date, you receive 1 extra month of free support.

    What support covers

    A bug is anything that does not work as agreed in the scope sheet. Changes and content updates are billable.

    Response times

    Critical issues: response within 4 business hours, fix target 1 day. Standard issues: response within 1 business day, fix target 3 days. Support operates Monday–Friday, IST.

    After the free period

    We remind you 30 days before expiry: renew, or receive a free handover. There is a 14-day grace period before service pauses; data is retained for 30 days after pausing.

    Third-party costs

    You pay providers directly, without our markup. Costs are listed in your scope sheet and nothing is purchased without your approval. Usage beyond included hosting limits is paid by you.
