Who they are and what they needed
Sashakti is an initiative dedicated to empowering women by providing access to knowledge, entrepreneurship resources, financial literacy, and skill development through a modern digital platform — delivered as part of a Mastercard social impact program.
Its vision is to create an inclusive ecosystem where women can continuously learn, connect, and grow irrespective of geographical location.
To deliver meaningful impact at national scale, the program needed a digital platform that could reach underserved women entrepreneurs, sustain engagement over time, and give program teams the tools to manage content and measure outcomes — while meeting enterprise expectations for security, reliability, and accessibility.
